Should I lock in now on 3.25% for 30 yrs? What say you?

what loan program, for refi, fha as low as 2.75%.
if conventional, what is bal to your mtg and what do you think home is valued at.

There's a lot more room for the rate to go up than down. And even if it does go down, so what? 2.75 or whatever isn't that much better, and 3.25 is still a very good deal.

i had one lender today. as long as you had a 680 middle credit score,fha was that low, even for purchases
