I don't isolate on him but it seems like he may be finally settling in as a more consistent player.

Thoughts?

doing well against the run...the pass, not so much. Bama will target his side a lot a nd try to get their TEs and RBs on him.

Still think Ronald Martin should be playing more but Loston has played better and is finally playing without injury

Dude hits like a runaway locomotive, his job is run stuffing as a strong safety, but he has surprisingly impressed me with some unexpected coverage abilty!

My only problem with him is that he always goes for the big hit and rarely tries to wrap up and just tackle. There was one play this weekend where he did it, whiffed, and allowed the receiver to get a few more yards. He just launches his body

He's been making plays, though. Can't say he is scared of contact. He doesn't wrap up well, but has been going low, and even crawling into tackles...Has played well, but can be a liability in coverage..but has been better, lately.

He does seem to be much better against the run, sounds like most that have posted have good observations and comments.

Not to sound like Mike Mayock, but he doesn't turn his hips well in pass coverage, but damn he sure does hit hard like a beast.

He spoofed on the long kickoff return last week, poor effort. Stood straight up, he could've made the tackle at the very least blew up the blockers

Funny you mention that, I just saw him in the Quad with a pretty bad limp. I'm sure he'll be ready for 11/3 though.

He limped off of the field late in the game.

Looking forward to him blowing up a couple of Bama receivers.

I wish his arms would come around when tackling.

He was never that bad to begin with. Expectations based on recruiting had Rant fans up in arms that he hadn't picked off 7 passes or knocked out 13 people.

Hell, he hadn't be on the field consistently until this year because of the guys in front of him.

He's probably been more consistent than Reid this year, yet since Reid played right away it is not viewed this way.

Seeems like he would have been a better linebacker. His body type and hitting ability seem to point that way. He is listed at 205, but I bet he is at 215 and could carry 230 easily

He missed some tackles that were big on Saturday. On the first drive, he's got dead to rights and just runs right past the defender. It seemed he got spaced out or something and just ran by him and then immediately turned around. I was like WTF?

still leads with his head on tackles. He's good for 1 or 2 personal fouls a game.
