We had seven 3 and outs against A&M's vaunted defense.

With our talent level at WR I expect Mettenberger to be under duress all night.

We need to come out with some looks we haven't shown yet, get a couple early scores, and hang on

Don't know. Les seems to find a way to run the ball fairly well against Bama most of the time.

We won't be able to pass much. Our 5'9 WRs will get knocked off their routes all day and bitched by the 6'2 DBs Bama has. It's really lame in college ball how you can create tons of contact past 5 yards as long as the ball isn't in the air and you're not tackling WRs. It's partly why our guys are never open or running crisp routes. They get knocked off the routes all the time because they're slot WRs...

Russell Shepard & Mike ford option package would be cool to see. Even a option pass, but we are not creative enough for that.

We will just run a toss up the middle 7 times for 10 yards

We won't move the ball. Bama 27 LSU 10. We score a defensive touchdown and a Bama fumble at their own 4 yard line gets us a field goal.

We will need to put on the noise canceling headphones, bear down and run just run it up their arse.

Best bet is running towards an unbalanced line and throwing it deep early and often. Prayer never hurt either

Do you know the difference between 11:00am at Kyle Field and 7:00pm at Death Valley facing the #1 team in the country?

Don't know. Les had over a month to prepare for the NC and look how well that worked. On paper, it is going to be very difficult to move the ball on them. We have to somehow get some scores early in the game, make few mistakes, win the field position battle, and the turn over battle as well to have a chance.

Good defense, but a different animal. They're built to rush the passer and have failed miserably against the 2 teams they've played that committed to the run. Bama is built to stop the run, will need a different game plan than the one for SC

I don't like this idea, you play to win. Look what happened at Florida. LSU might not score much but we need to be able to at least move the ball a little bit each drive, picking up first downs will be very important for our defense to rest.

Yeah and USC was suppose to be our down fall because of the super freak Clowney and he failed along with the super man running back and he failed. They don't look any better to me and they havent played anyone who wanted to tackle. We suck on the pass game so they have to figure something out and quit that damn dive play with Ware hopefully. Give the ball to Ford on the outside and Hill on the inside and make it happen w the pass out on the deep flat, he can complete that at least.?BTW, Wing has got to sit the way he is playing, Sorry he sucks.
