I've been there once before for lubch and got the Louisiana cochon which was awesome! Anyone have a suggestion on what else to try - app, entree, desert?

Definitely oyster roast. Stay away from crawfish pie.

Speaking of pie, they do have a chocolate salted caramel pie that caught me by surprise. It sounded mundane on the menu but turned out to leave me speechless. All I could do was pound the table with delight. IT moved. Seriously

There's 5 of us going so we will probably get a bunch of different things, get drunk an have a good time. Will try and report back with a review

Last time I went:

App: boucherie plate
Entree: Louisiana Cochon
Dessert: Apple crumb cake with cheddar cheese ice cream (sounds terrible but it was the best dessert I've ever had)
Drink: Eagle Rare 17 year old
