We need somebody who really knows how to develop RBs.

I firmly believe that Mark Ingram could be a work horse RB that we really on every game, however his progression from college to the NFL is clearly way down.

C'mon Benson and Loomis, we need a RB coach who knows what he's doing.

Our oline doesnt block for shite
He is our 2/3 RB.
We arent a running team
Our RB's arent terrible
He is a workhorse who we do rely on

Thomas is great.
Sproles is great.
Ivory is at least good.

The only one you're complaining about is Ingram.
That's not enough reason to switch out coaches.

Maybe Ingram is just not that good. Seems to me we've had a lot of success developing RBs that came out of nowhere.

You guys are way down on M.I. and I think things need to be put in to perspective.
A) He's still a young RB
B) The Saints haven't been a "running team" since Deuce.
C) Your O line isn't built to currently be a running team.
D) Not sure why you guys made that pick in the 1st place given B and C above.

I also wonder if getting Kromer back with the O-Line full time might help the ground game.

Are all of y'all crazy?

The Saints are last in the NFL with rushing yards per game. That's right number 32.

We average 76 rushing yards per game.

(For those that say we are not a rushing offense, if a team doesn't respect your running game then play action is practically useless.)

I'm not sure how some new coaching is gonna help develop our running backs to block for themselves. Although I think Ingram has the poorest field vision of our three backs, he hasn't gotten the best blocking either.

We're not gonna have a work horse RB in this system. Ingram was drafted by the wrong team.

It was so sad to watch him on the sidelines every single 3rd down and short yardage situation. He was and still is my favorite Saint. Yes i said it. Current members included.

Never question Sean Payton. Ever. He's like Bruce Dickenson.

For the most part, yes we are.

some people just have it in college, (in my opinion the Heisman is a very overrated award) then some people who were decent in college shine in the NFL.

If Ingram ran like Pierre Thomas, you wouldn't even be thinking about running back coaches. I think a big deal with Ivory is that he doesn't take care of himself as much as he probably should. Dude welcomes hits like he wants to be Earl Campbell.
