Rumor has it that his dad has accepted a job and UMC in Jackson as a physician and he is likely to commit to Ole Miss.

What are your thoughts on this and are we in the running at all for his services?

Thanks

LSU is in good shape with Nkemdiche… Ole Miss is where momma wants him, so he can play with his brother, but LSU is ahead of them, as of right now, from what the word on the street is…..

Yeah, I am losing some love for this guys recruitment. I have pretty much made it up in mind that he isnt coming here and if something changes I will wait for 2.1.13

Until then. I wish him the best. Great player.

Yeah same here...not going to spend too much time monitoring the situation ...HOWEVER, if he does commit and SIGN with LSU that would just be langniappe

I agree w/ the first part of the statement, but a guy like Nkemdiche isn't "lagniappe". He's a stud and I'd be very excited to have him, but wouldn't spend 1 second worrying about it.

my bad...I meant that it would be extra bc I am really not expecting it. Don't get me wrong if we get him, I would be ecstatic.

"word on the street" is code for BS.

I think he'll flip eventually. Until he makes another trip to LSU then I have no interest in the drama he has around him. If I'm Clemson, I treat him like he's not a commit and make sure everything on my end is cleaned up.

It's a little late for Clemson to clean things up, unless there are major changes in and around that program.

how'd you know? in all seriousness though, LSU is ahead, as of now… i'd keep an eye on M. Bain too… they are trying to hold off for Gilmore, but if Gilmore goes elsewhere, LSU will get Bain….

I'll bet Clemson's staff that flew to Africa to speak with Momma Nkemdiche are pretty PO'd right now. Though the amount of miles they racked up on their CC has gotta get 'em some serious perks though.

So not even mentioning us since committing and we are still ahead.

Was the street state street? Because someone was clearly high.

i didn't say we lead everyone, but we are ahead of Ole Miss, as of now…. he's not a dumb kid…. per HIM, he knows that all those high school teammates will more than likely lose their scholarships if he does decommit, so he's gotta play it close to the vest and not put to much out there to get Clemson scared and do something to affect his teammates… this one is gonna be a signing day flip, if it does indeed happen… he may end up at Clemson, but i can say, without a doubt, my guy says we are in "really good shape" with him….
