Police were called to section 409 of Tiger Stadium after fans complained about a man, Charles Hattaway, with his pants hanging below his waist, using vulgar language.
While police were escorting him down the stairs to question him, Hattaway pulled his pants down and mooned the crowd, the affidavit says.

We were sitting up in Section 633 in the East Upper Deck Saturday night, and the sheriff's deputies came and arrested someone sitting a few rows above us.
Not sure what happened, I am pretty sure it was an LSU fan. Maybe he was spitting on people down below from the railing?
They had his hands cuffed behind his back. That had to be pretty embarrassing.

We were sitting right a cross the aisle from him..he was a true gangster, had on all his SC gear, but topped it off with a green/orange Miami Hurricane "U" hat..can't believe the guy was 34, I would have guessed 18

damn i'm only a few sections over with a clear view of 409 and missed this shite. i need to stop paying so much attention of whats happening on the field, and try and keep up with whats going on in the stands.

With minors in the stadium, it will be interesting to see if this guy has to get put on the sexual predator list. I bet he's regretting his actions now.

While it might have been an "upset" to a USCe fan, it wasn't an upset in Vegas.

I'm usually in Sec. 417 in the South End Zone. Got these from a friend, my GF used ours for her family.
