OWS more or less skipped Tampa because of the Hurricane, but they were a major presence in Charlotte. It was interesting watching the thorough noncoverage of events as they were unfolding. Watching the Convention on TV, you'd have thought the DNC was all peaches and cream.

I watched some sort of 'Vanguard' documentary re OWS just yesterday. Some of those folks bring real issues to the table. The anarchists and Commies did what the Islamists do to their religion...hijack it. And they became the face of the anti-Corporate demographic. Pretty ugly face.
The hard core will be back, if Obama loses.

Far be if for me to defend "Ole Mo", FB.  Since educating myself re Islam, I've come to believe that Islam and the Mormon Church are in the same boat, in regard to their Founding Prophets 'problematic' policy. For the Mormons, it's polygamy; and in that respect...the Church has rightly went against the teaching of their Prophet. Nobody's perfect...save Jesus (IMHO). And even he had moments of doubt ("why hast thou forsaken me") while hanging with nails through the bones.
Ole Mo  ...dude was hardcore. Religion befitting a hardcore people. But a people who define the very essence of 'false pride' and arrogance. A lot like the Libs; so convinced of their moral ideological superiority...anything goes in advancing it. Sword, 'barrel of a gun'...whatever.
Another chapter in the illustrious advance of the human pheonomena.
