My channel guide is saying 8p for New Orleans. It's on the CW. Last night on CW, Dr Horrible came on at 8p Central in a lot of places, but 9p Central in New Orleans.

The main criticism it had was it was too much like Batman Begins. Which isn't a bad thing to me.

Liking it so far. They are sticking to the story, I love little known "super" heroes. They are typically the most interesting.

So far it's the best premier I've seen this season. Good cast, good dialogue. Looks real promising.

Green Arrow has never had any compunction when it comes to offing bad guys.
It's what makes him different than most Golden Age super heroes.
ETA: According to DC he's only killed 17 people on panel. Thought there were more.

I'm enjoying the hell out of it, but I was also wondering about the indiscriminate killing. But if it's germane to the character, I'm okay with that. I guess he had to kill someone or something at some point over five years on that island.
