I waited for this? Which can only be described as a Disaster

wait all off-season for this? ~~~ watching LSU schedule and play inferior competition for 4 weeks straight? So boring were those games, that half the stadium was gone in the middle of the 3rd quarter. The fans may have stayed had LSU tried to gain more experience in the passing game. But no, Miles choose rather to shove the ball down the throats of the weaker opponent. Our back-up has thrown (1) pass. LSU arguably has the worst offense in div-1. Someone is in over their heads? What a shame to have one of the best, if not the top defense in the country and put out the most inept, disorganized, and juvenile offense in all of college football. But this Disaster is not over yet and there’s nothing ahead that tells me this train-wreck will change.
My only plea to the LSU brass is this. Please quit the insanity of scheduling the likes of North Texas, Idaho, and Towson. I take no pleasure in running over players who are slower, shorter and weigh less than our own. If your coach is stupid enough not to take advantage of this mismatch to maybe develop a better passing game, then, it serves no purpose. And it serves no purpose to the fans and the viewing audience to watch this great venue as is Tiger Stadium with its seating capacity half-empty in the 3rd quarter. I waited all year to see this?

Wasn't a big part of the "spin" from Miles during the spring all about how we were going to open up the passing game?

It is kinda hard to open up the passing game when you have a beat up o-line that can't protect to 100% capability, a QB that is young and still learning, and that same QB that can't run or pass on the run.

Thanks for the above: At this moment in time, we could have Sean Payton running the offense and have a lot of the same result: poor blocking and ham hands.
I wish folks would take a deep breath around here.

This is an excuse. Players get injured. Other coaches change the scheme and adapt. Not Miles
