LSU Athletic Dept would include #2 decal in season ticket package. I still have some from back in the day. This is also the same decal seen on the helmet Tommy Cassonova is holding in a popular picture of him. Might have been in Sports Illustrated but it was not the cover picture. It was repoted back then that the intent was to make sure LSU was displayed in the picture although that decal was never part of game day uniform.
