Random LSU Hero UTEP Fan Baton Rouge Member since Aug 2011 4829 posts	I would like some opinions on marinade for wings that will be grilled (Posted on 10/5/12 at 8:00 pm) Im going to baste with wing sauce roughly 5 to 10 mins before they come off. What should I marniate with tonight or early tomorrow morning? Thanks

Your flavor will come from the baste, but the brine will make them juicy.

Season with salt and pepper and a little olive oil. Grill. Toss in some "House of Tsang. Pad Thai sauce" (can be found on the Asian aisle in a jar). Throw back on the grill to caramelize. Easy and delicious.
