IF you can get the cracklin at Best Stop fresh its def better. 90% of the time its better at Dons though since they seem to either have a way for it to stay fresh or make it more often.

Don's has wonderful boudin. It's worth a stop next time you pass it by.

I agree, I really like their boudin, but I've heard others say they don't like it before.

Not a fans of Don's boudin but they have good meats. If boudin is what you're looking for off of I10 try Billy's right down the road from dons.

Dons Boudin has a very distinctive flavor.. Very good Boudin.

Not the best but top 5 if you ask me.

the frick? One of the highest rated links in the state and is always top 5 in every boudinfest.
bc they prep better for the festival. I admit it is a good recipe but getting large chunks of fat in my boudin regularly is not my thing.

Their cracklins are one of my favs and their seafood boudin is the best ive had.

We were next to some guys tailgating at the last game that got some "ribeye sausage" from there.

Stuff was amazing.

It just tastes like hamburger meat in a casing...only good if someone else has bought it, as it's not worth the price if you pay for it yourself.

Don's cracklin's would be better with just a little more spice - not quite enough flavor.

Best Stop's boudin balls would be money if not as gooey - still very good though.
