Any place to get alligator meat around Metairie?

Use a different meat and you'll have a better product...but if you want gator, check Fisherman's Cove in Kenner.

Rouses. I know at the one on Tchoup it is in one of the middle, wait high freezers next to the regular meat.

Turtle is one food I don't think I could eat. They are such disgusting critters.

(Well I don't think I'd eat rat, nutria, possum or armadillo either).
