Trade Advice for a Newbie

A guy in my league has offered me the following trade, and I'm not sure what to do. I would be giving up Marshawn Lynch, C.J.Spiller, and Jimmy Graham, but I would receive LeSean McCoy, Calvin Johnson, Reggie Bush and Mike Wallace. Any advice would be greatly appreciated since this is my first time playing. The teams are below for reference. It is a small league and he is determined to get Graham from me, so I could probably counter offer him.
My team:
QB: Brady, Manning,and Stafford
RB: Lynch, MJD, Spiller, Gore, and Richardson,
WR: Andre Johnson, Jordy Nelson, and Harvin
TE: Graham and Hernandez
Def: Ravens and Bears
K: Gostowski
His team:
QB: Brees, Romo
RB: McCoy, Foster, Murray, Jackson, Bush
WR: Calvin Johnson, Green, White, Wallace
TE: Gonzalez, Pettigrew
Def: Eagles, Seahawks
K: Hartley
My team:

while the trade offer is fair...i would just roll with the team you got. however if you wanted to counter offer.

It is actually a 4 team league. It was thrown together at the last minute. The trade ended up being:
Spiller, Lynch, Graham, Harvin, and Ravens
for
Calvin Johnson, Wallace, Bush, McCoy, and Gonzalez
