I moved to NYC back in January and I have been able to locate crawfish tails and andouille at various stores around town but I have not located any boudin.

If I have to order some off line and have it shipped, that is fine, but I would prefer some place that I could swing by and pick it up as needed.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where I should look?

Nope but keep in touch as I boil crawfish in Hoboken at least once per season

My cousin has been there since 2006, so I asked him. He said he hasn't found any either.

Strange considering how much of Brooklyn is obsessed with New Orleans.

I know Dean & Deluca doesn't carry any. But if you ask the butcher they might be able to make/aquire some for you. Be prepared to pay for it there though.

Non-Chinese (other Asian countries) crawfish tails? Really?

Yeah, I saw some of them at the seafood shop in Chelsea Market one day. It had the "Product of Louisiana" stamp on them.

Not sure how often they have them, but they did the day I was in there.

Don't see if on their page so it may have been a one off, or only seasonally. Lobster Place

To everyone that responded, thanks for all of the suggestions.

I may have to try my hand at making my own. Does anyone have a recipe suggestion that they use?
