Im concerned that he hasnt hit any receivers deep in stride and even the short or intermediate routs he is rarely hits them in stride.

Panic is the logical choice.

Really the only thing that concerns me is that he doesn't seem to feel pressure very well at times. He has a good pocket presence, but he seems to get hit really hard a lot.

i seem to remember him hitting shep in stride on a play that got called back against north texas...

So coach how would you correct the situation? Is it his timing, mechanics, arm strength, or is he simply reading the coverage too late? And what coverages are you seeing these problems against?
