he left in the 2nd Qtr with a leg injury. Kromer said yesterday it wasn't as bad as it initially looked.

Patrick Robinson really didn't play THAT bad...but really, he was not nearly as good as I had hoped. Hopefully, as the season goes on we get a more consistent pass rush and Greer stays healthy and we'll be alright.

After a loss, I go through a couple of phases. There's my post defeat nap, followed by some grief eating. Then I go through my "realizing what's really important" phase in which I spend more time with my family. Then I focus on getting things accomplished that I've been putting off, and then there's acceptance.

I'm all better now.

It's really hard for Paddy, considering all of the "Negative Nancy" texts he has to ignore from me. He earns that nap.

I made the mistake of watching the game with my friend who's a Redskins fan. He wouldn't shut up about "Oh, so and so is really good at this and not so much at that blah blah blah." This is all during the first half when I'm waiting for the Saints to show up.

Finally I was like "Dude, you have to quit talking. I can't even hear what you're saying." I think I might have hurt his feelings a little, but really I didn't give a crap about his team while mine was shitting the bed.

I got a little better when we got that blocked punt, but then, well, we all know what happened.

@sic I love you, but it'll be alright by me if we never watch a game together again.

I think I enjoy it more because of how juiced you get during the game. I still love the memory of laughing at Harper getting trucked during the Giant game by Jacobs last year, and you lost your crap

I'm exactly the same, but I think I'm still stuck on the grief eating/drinking phase for now.

My life got so much more simple when I stopped letting it get to me. Also, it helps that it's the first game of the year. I'm still a little chapped about the San Fran game last year, TBH.

I just found out a guy I've known from church for a while is Falcons fan. We've never really talked football, but he's been all about bashing the Saints for the bounty crap on his FB recently. If we beat them both times this year, I'm happy.

If you would start following the Tigers like I've tried to convince you to, you would have had at least a halfway decent weekend.

Just saying.
