The crowd was awful one of the worst crowds I've seen in a while. For all you others that were at the game how did y'all feel about it?

It was pretty meh actually, but being down that much that early didn't help. This game really reminded me of the Dallas game in 09. Everyone though we were going to stomp them. They went up early and stayed on top the whole time and really kept the crowd out of it.

Here is a little secret for you. When the home team is getting their arse kicked up and down the field from the very beginning, the crowd tends to be more quite than when they are winning.

Washington and tons of Saints mistakes did alot to quite the crowd. I did think they sounded pretty good on tv for the first Qtr though.

were you at the game?

There were a good bit of Skins fans there. Also seemed like a lot of people weren't getting into it on defense. I heard rumors of a new "sit down" rule but I'm in the ghetto so everyone stands the whole time anyway. It was loud and ruckus by us in 620.

Felt like some plays it got extremely loud. The place was packed as hell too. So I don't blame the crowd here.

So you're one of those people who only cheer when we're winning. The game didn't get out of reach until the first INT. No excuse not to have the dome rocking. When the team is struggling its up to the crowd to get involved into the game.

Yes I was at the game. And I been a season ticket holder since 2004 so I've been in many of crowds and this one was terrible. Other than the late third down which WAS ended up converting the crowd sucked

You shouldn't have to have a reason to cheer you should want to and do it to support your team

bullshite superfan, if they frick up they shouldn't be praised for it. I love the Saints, but im sure they aren't riding high themselves right now.

and im going to add:

IF that was as hard as they could play and they played up to their best then yeah,..but when you know they are capable of doing better..its collective frustration.

This. Gotta love the superfans that think everyone should be loud and cheering when we're down 16 points at home to a team we're supposed to demolish and putting on one of the worst performances in recent Saints history.

I'm disappointed with our performance too but a home game is supposed to give you a edge over your opponent and the crowd was no factor at all. I don't blame the crowd for us losing but it could have played a role in the game

I was at the game...Crowd was very loud early and on 3rd downs, but skins got sustained drives and we got a ton of penalties that killed drives. Its hard to keep cheering through all that frustration. The loudest it got was the blocked punt.

It was the crowds fault they lost?

The defense look disinterested. Maybe they should try some kind of incentive program where they get cash for outstanding performances and fine the players that make bad plays to help fund it.
