He just said on Sportscenter that Oregon was the most impressive team last weekend.

Nevermind the fact that Oregon played Arkansas State and gave up 34 points

Did he say he wanted to draft all of their receivers?

Matt Millen is Lou Holtz without the lisp.

Na but he was slobbering all over their QB and DeAnthony Thomas. He said they might be better than last year.

They may very well be better, however, how can one get that from playing Arkansas State and giving up 34 points to them?

2010 vs Auburn 19 points
2011 vs LSU 24 points (7 in garbage time)

Maybe Matt Millen couldn't see clearly cause he still has tears in his eyes from people talking bad about Joe Paterno.

Yeah I dunno. I just don't see how anyone can say with a straight face that Alabama wasn't the most impressive team last weekend.

I even think Michigan is overrated, but Alabama skull fricked them.

To be fair, 24 of those points were scored after halftime against walk-ons...

Fine if you wanna get into semantics, they scored 24 on third and fourth stringers

Just pointing out that it was 50-3 with like 7 min in the first half, and Kelly really let off the gas. Arkansas St is a decent team, so scoring on guys that will never see gametime once Pac-12 games start shouldn't be a knock on the Ducks.

ETA: Completely agree that Bama looked absolutely dominant in their game though.

He was one of the worst GM's of all time, yet he is allowed to give his opinion of college teams

Lots of teams played a tune up game. How many of those points were against the starters and second string? That's what I thought.

The most impressive thing about that game was Mariota looking very good. He'll be ready as the season moves on to tougher opponents. His first ever start or D1 action ever and the dude looked great.

shite....Chip Kelly would make Mett into an instant star. I'll save any other thoughts for the rant.

You do realize that basically none of their starters played past half time right?
