Not so much the first two, but definately the last two. I did look at it yesterday before I went dove hunting and it still looks like it could kill something.

I need to start getting my shite together. Not worried so much about the shooting, but the scouting, stand hanging, chumming, and so on and so forth needs to be gotten to pretty soon.

Opening weekend for Georgia is this weekend, and I'm not ready. At all. My draw length got all messed up somehow and I won't have time to fix until this weekend. Looking like it won't happen for another 2 weeks now..

Hell I hadnt even bought my bow yet! I traded my old one for my daughter a shotgun and I still hadn't replaced it. I'm thinking I better get my arse in gear. Or start practicing with the ol' trusty slingshot......

Had to read this a few times before I figured out that you didn't actually trade your daughter

To the OP, I climbed up in my stand and hit the target at 30 yards this past weekend. None of them hit anywhere near the bullseye though. I was just glad I hit the target though!

I am in the same boat. I usually only soot the week before season though. That may be why I have missed so many.

I have done absolutely nothing towards bow season yet.

I have a good idea of where I'll be hunting, but I've yet to take the bow out. I know, I'm a slob hunter.

I'll bust it out this weekend though.

I've still got mods I need to make to my bow, but other than trimming lanes and cutting grass at the camp, I'm ready. This is my first season bow hunting, so I'm not grouping them within 2 inches from 40 yds or anything, but I feel confident enough that if one comes out 30 yds or closer it'll be down.

Why you gotta put me down like that? Hey, a man can dream can't he? I'm sure I'll figure out some way to frick up and my arrow will be stuck in a tree somewhere while the deer is running off laughing at me..

I'm behind with practice with my new bow. Between hurricane and new job it's not even sighted in past 25 yds
