because a lot of people evacuated for Katrina and were not back to their homes for at least a week - many people longer. That gave Entergy time to do what that are doing now (pretty much the same damage) without as many people in their homes compared to this storm.

It took Entergy just as long to repair the grid as it is this storm the only difference is that more people are home with this storm and are pissed

I've seen lots of people hate on him on here but a lot of the plaquemines parish residents love him. I lived in plaquemines for 20+ years but moved out right before he took over.

I will say he fights for his people and is not scared to take on bigger government. Anything past that I don't have any idea about him.
