How long is sliced deli meat good for?

I bought some sliced turkey from the deli on Wednesday, 08/22/12. Is it still good even if it doesn't smell bad?

I'm usually an "about a week" kinda guy. After that it usually becomes treats for my lab. Depending on how hungry I am.

5 days for me. I'm probably overly cautious and waste too much food though.

If you vacuum pack it, it will go longer than a week. I usually get a couple pounds of ham and vacuum pack half of it. When I open it after a week or so, it is fresh. Food saver vac.

4-7 days depending on the cut and how fresh it was when you bought it.

Until it gets slimy. If you're concerned it is on the cusp, just nuke it in the microwave and eat it hot.
