Sorry about the three separate pictures, I was doing something wrong when I tried to put them all in one post.

Looks like a baby Mok-a-san to me. Let it bite you and see if it hurt. Anything over an 8 out of 10 and you should kill it

Looks like a little moccasin to me. You can keep it.

Choot it!!!
If it floats it dies..Looks like a Mocassin.
Judge to the face.
There is a snake that also looks like a Mocassin, maybe a Hog Nosed Water Snake?

Just check for fangs.

No shooting within city limits :( May have to bite it's head off bear grylls style.

Look at the head. That bitch can kill you. Really! Kill it fast before it kills a family member.

I will never understand why snakes arent killed onsite.
Yes, I understand what they do for the outdoors. Ha.

Pour gas in your pool and light the surface of the water on fire. No more snake.

Just use a Mexican Backhoe....

Could also be a water snake as they have the diamond back pattern and a diamond head. However they aren't poisonous but are mean as heck.

Baby cottonmouth. Pick up with rake and toss over fence.
