Looks like a baby Mok-a-san to me. Let it bite you and see if it hurt. Anything over an 8 out of 10 and you should kill it

There is a snake that also looks like a Mocassin, maybe a Hog Nosed Water Snake?

Could also be a water snake as they have the diamond back pattern and a diamond head. However they aren't poisonous but are mean as heck.
