Looter Deterrent Armament

I'm going with my SKS carbine with twenty round detachable mag with the kids backing me up with their AR's. And my Colt 1911 as a sidearm. What you got?

All I have with me is my FNH 40 with three mags and a Heritage Rough Rider 22 Mag loaded up with rat shot.
I'd opt for the AK at the house with the Mossberg loaded with 00 for backup. Python on the side.

S&W 1911 with 230gr XTPs
Beretta 96 with 180gr Hydrashok and 155gr XTPs
Ruger SR9c with 115gr Critical Defense, 124gr XTPs, and 124gr PXD1s
Kahr CM9 with 124gr Gold Dots and 135gr Hydrashok
Remington 870 with 3" Magnum 00 Buck
DPMS 20" AR15 with 55gr Vmax
And that only covers my armament. My dad's...
Kahr P380 with Gold Dots
Charter Arms .38 snub with Hydrashok
and if that fails, his hunting weapons are numerous. I would estimate about 20+.

12 ga, 10/22 with hi cap clips and red dot/laser sights, .35 Whelen with scope and a few more. Oh yeah four large dogs too. Bring it.

If it had gotten really bad, I'd be sitting out front with my AR in hand an my 1911 on my hip. Not necessary here though because just about everybody stayed home for the storm in this neighborhood.

I would not be surprised to see a looting in New Orleans once the rain stops. The longer the power is out the worse it will be.

I've got a Mossberg 500 with 5 rounds of 00 buck, a Rem 870 loaded the same way, and a M&P Shield in 9mm. I don't live in the safest of places, so I'm on watch tonight.
