I know we are stacked at RB, but Ford brings great speed. I guess Blue will take his place if he's not cleared.

Les basically said Blue is the #1 back

If there's any positions that we can afford to lose a player, its at RB and LB.

This. Can't wait to see our frosh LBers and this gives Hill more carries early in the season.

Also, would this just likely be a North Texas game thing or is this a season-long issue?

ya all 202 lbs of him

He may not be big but he is possibly our second best LB.

If it academics, it will most likely be that they are academically ineligible which means they will be out for the semester

I know we have a stacked backfield, but Ford was the only one who could get the edge against Bama . His homerun ability is sumthing that could make the difference in a tight game again.

Ford is no big deal, even though he is a great player, because we have at least 4 other great RBs. Tahj would be missed though....big-time!

Reminds me of Rickey Jean-Francois. They can be back for
the bowl season

Our Freshman LBers arent any bigger. I am really worried about our LBers this year...I think they might be too damn small to stop power running teams but hopefully I am way wrong.

Waiting on appeal of grades for both guys. I remember the same thing happened to Stevan Ridley not too long ago and he appealed.

I drafted Blue on Saturday, and I hope LSU uses a heavy dose of Blue every week, with some dose to Hillard, and Hill. because I expected this to happen.

LSU is so deep at RB.
