I have a few guns I'd like to get rid of before hunting season mainly a browning youth model .243. Where is the best place to conduct such bussiness?

lasportsman or bayoushooter.com will be easiest... but I hear gunbroker isn't that bad.

LA Sportsman and Bayou Shooter's classifieds are free and very effective.

Gun Broker will reach more people, but they charge and I think you have to ship it to a FFL.

Specifically its a browning abolt with a swift scope about 15 shots total through it. I was going to ask 550$ what do you think?

I've had tremendous success on GunBroker.

You do have to do some tricky math, and sell at a price that makes financial sense for you.

I under-value my guns sales, because I just want to get rid of things... not necessarily to make even (or more) money.

I had never heard of bayou shooter. I'm going to check it out. I've been having the gun forever and would like to put the money toward a .30-06

I've sold a few guns on accuratereloading.com

There's a buy/sell/trade forum that gets a ton of traffic. And, it's free.

good looking gun...price seems good...with the season fixing to kick off people will be looking for rifles for there kids.

I am one of them... Was looking to get mine a nice 243 this year and hang up the plastic rossi they have now.

If you were in the Houston/Katy area we would be talking.
