Kinda lame but kinda expected. Also, recruits like Neal and Patterson don't receive bumps.

Yeah sucks. Maybe as the season gets going they can prove it on the field.

Our coaches laugh at rivals.

No one n the planet can convince me that a recruiting site can evaluate talent better then the best coaches in the buisness

He proved it on the field his junior year. In most games he was the best athlete on the field at 250 lbs.

I am surprised that Neal didn't receive a bump after dominating almost every camp he attended.

Where's Noel Ellis Sr. when you need him?

I agree with this.

Signed,
Morris Claiborne
Alex Hurst
PJ Lonergan
Tyrann Mathieu
Odell Beckham
Josh Williford
Bennie Logan
Tahj Jones
Jalen Mills
Ronald Martin
Micah Eugene
and the list goes on and on of players rated 3 stars on some site that thinks they know how to rate players.

there is a reason they are not coaches or working with coaches to evaluate talent.

Neal has been flat out dominating. No excuse to keep him at a 3.

I get your point but you could just as easily make a list of 3 star busts LSU has signed. Also, Beckham was the #43 player in the country according to Rivals. Mathieu was a 4 star recruit too.

While Raheem Falkins stays put.

Also, a TE is ranked #5 overall.

Just sayin'. I'm not one of "those guys" but they sure do not try to hide much.

Well we have quite the list of 4 star bust and several 5 star. Our best players have been 4 star without question. Still, if you get my point, nothing else needs to be said.

Also, When we take someone like Neal or Claiborne out of nowhere (basically), when we have plenty of time to fill spots with higher rated players, I would bet almost all those guys produce, and produce at a high level, because the staff valued them higher then some stupid site.

3* or not, Jones might be my favorite recruit in this class and will make an impact on ST right when he steps on campus.

So the star values have changed without a single down being played. That should give you an idea of their accuracy (or lack of).

they are updated 4 or 5 times per recruiting cycle. This past update was based on the summer camp curcuit and how guys performed at those camps.
