Judge Berrigen made a ruling that will affect her decision today. Looks like she's declaring shenanigans.
Nfl needs to prove the union asked to delay judgement on players

i've getting a very good feeling that Vilma may actually win this thing. Definitely did not think that when it all started

Oh that is a gigantic BOOM.

Either the NFL lied in Court, or it was just proven that Goodell had his mind made up way before any appeals were to be heard. Thus devaluing the appeal process.

I have zero doubt Goodell will be forced to resign over the entire thing.

There has to be a gif of Flounder doing the "Oh, boy! Is this great!"

I don't think Goodell will get fired. Not after all he got for the owners in the CBA. They are about money. Period.

The scapegoat will be the lead investigator, who has already left the office. Very tidy for Rog.

I think the Judge is dropping hints to the NFL that if they want to save themselves from two massive defeats in Court, that they better drop all suspensions. The Judge just caught them in a huge lie, which probably comes close to ruining the NFL's case.

What the judge is trying to prove is whether or not Goodell had made his decision to discipline the players by the time he announced the NON players' discipline in that press conference. If he hadn't made the decision yet then legally anything he said about Vilma in that press conference can be considered slander and Vilma's suit can proceed.

Goodell mentioned Vilma in the NON players discipline press conference? I'm confused.

If Roger suspends Payton for a year for "lying", then I wonder how much he'll suspend himself for doing the same.

What did HE do? The lawyers did it all, he is just the voice and told what to say.

The owners held ALL the cards....Elmer Fudd could have won in Goodell's place with the deck stacked like it was.
