Hawaiian gril at Jefferson/Bluebonnet

I stopped at the CVS at the Bluebonnet/Jefferson Hwy. intersection today and saw the the strip mall behind it (also has CJ's Daquiris) has some sort of Hawaiian Grill going up. It's almost straight behind Izzo's from the Bluebonnet side. ETA: It's "coming soon," not open yet.
Anybody know the backstory to this place?
Also, it's been many, many years since I've eaten at a Hawaiian place. I'm picturing a grilled chicken with a slice of pineapple on top. And maybe a big, tasty hamburger that Samuel L. Jackson would like.

It's call "the Cove" which probably isn't the best choice of names with a bar already called that...
