Stella's New Menu?

Boswell was tweeting for the past month that changes were in store for Stella, and they would be implemented this past Thurs. Past by there yesterday, and the menu posted outside appears to limit diners to two price fixe options: a 7 course meal for $145 and a 4 course meal for $85. Appears to be three options for most of the courses. Also has a recommended wine pairing for each price fixe that obviously pushes the tab up substantially. Anyone heard whether they still have ala carte options or is price fixe now the only option?

So if you're not into desert, you're getting screwed.

From what I've heard, no a la carte, only pre-fixe.

Well, I guess all we need to do is check out their website to see exactly what his new menu is. (That was easy, understanding too that the exact items will be changing regularly.)
It looks as if with the four course menu, you have 3-5 choices per course, whereas the seven course menu, it's absolutely set.

To no one in particular, it's prix fixe.

Looks good to me, especially since I always wanted to do a prix fixe dinner there and couldn't, since my wife has a shellfish allergy. Everyone at the table has to get the prix fixe and the selections always had shellfish, so it was off to the ala carte menu for me.
Looking at the menu, it seems like I could do the 4 course tasting and the wife could choose non seafood items. Might give it a try.
