If given the option to choose between these two, which would you go with and why?

I'd much prefer Fury's to Fausto's. Disagree that it sucks.

Fausto's is gold. Only heard bad things about Fury's.

Had Fausto's last night.

My parents have lived in that neighborhood for 20+ years and I'm not sure I've heard a single person ever recommend Fausto's in all 20+ years that we've lived there. I'm not being facetious either. Fury's ain't great, its just simple comfort food (and yeah the median age is probably 80).

I've eaten at Fausto's twice in the last 10 years and both times I left thinking it was ok, but not really wanting to go back anytime soon.

I know of nobody that has eaten at Fury's. I have heard the old person hang out stuff several times though.

I've never heard anyone not from the surrounding area (Lakeshore/Lakeview) mention it. Pretty easy to miss for sure, I certainly wouldn't know it was there if I didn't grow up like 6 blocks from it.

How would you compare it to Mr Ed's? I've eaten there 3 or 4 times. Seems to be an older person hangout, but I like the food.

Mr.Eds >>>>> Fury's

I think Fury's keeps it simple and bland b/c they don't want to kill any of there customer base with spice.

Had fury's for the first time last week. Thought it was pretty good. Never had (or heard of Faustos)

not blue-hair, actually the youngest two in the place
