Looks like wasted money to me. There was nothing wrong with that side to begin with. Id rather spend money inside the stadium and on the bathrooms and crap.

I don't like VT, but I feel like they got it right. The west side of TS looks like a 6 year old designed it. Not sure why they didn't design it to keep the roman coliseum look?!?!

Why don't you whip up a design and show us what you're talking about. I'm not saying it's the greatest thing ever but you have to worry about support more than anything. The East and West uppers are huge and require such support. The only stadium that I think got the entire thing nailed is Doak-Cambell. But they don't have any upper decks so you can't really compare.

I agree. Can't have that stadium, seating 95k with a ragged arse, falling down chain link fence around it. I never understood how they let that happen anyway. It looked like shite.
