I think FX may have run one of his stand-up shows after the second showing of Louie's season opener.
I caught the second showing last night and wasn't a huge fan of the episode. I've watched Louie since Day 1 and have really liked both seasons. I thought the middle part of Season 2 was my far the best, and the season ended on a bit of a down note.
I had much higher expectations for the opener to Season 3. It wasn't particularly funny or full of interesting observations, but I'm sure it will pick up in the next few episodes.

I Like the show Louie but I still liked Lucky Louie better.
