How much better would the US be if Rossi was a part of the American squad? How would that affect the lineup and would that cause dempsey to go back to the midfield? Just wondering

I'll answer - A healthy Jersey Shore Reject would partner with Jozy up top in every meaningful game. Donovan and Dempsey would both play behind them.

ETA - I removed his name.

Can you please edit his name out of the title.

I suggest that we forever refer to him on this board as TWDNSO(Traitor We Do Not Speak Of).

Subotic would make us even better.

Since this is a what if thread.

Our US team could be this:

-------------Rossi/Altidore/Gomez-----------------

Torres/Dempsey-----Dempsey--------Donovan

--------Bradley/Edu------Holden/Jones-----

Johnson----Bocanegra----Subotic----Chandler/Dolo

Meh. He was worth a lot more than just the Subotic thing. I'm not mad at him.

I'll give him credit for helping to establish and sure up our previously broken youth academies, but if he didn't give up on Subotic so fquick, we wouldn't be having this Gooch/Cameron/Goodson argument.

I would much rather have Subotic. I think this team (regardless of the crappy overall performance yesterday) is in pretty good shape everywhere except for center back. Can't deal with quick strikers, poor ball skills, the only decent one is old, etc.
