My brother was using my boat Saturday and hit something (very hard obviously) and this is the result. Can you guys give me a good recommendation for a boat fiberglass repair place around Vermilion/Lafayette parish? I haven't seen it firsthand, just the pic. Looks to be a pretty good size hole. Hope it didn't damage any stringers or other vital foundations. Tks

Oh, boat is a 96 Cajun center console 19ft.

If you are the real GPJr you are not on speaking terms with your father, after embezzling from his company.

Do you have insurance on it?

If not, it may not be worth fixing. That is a helluva hole.

Fix it yourself.

Fiberglass work is not hard, just time consuming. The hole appears to be all in one plane of the hull and is below the water line so no one is going to see it anyway.

No special tools needed really either.

It should cost you $100 to $150 or so to do yourself.

Let me know if you are interested in this method.

I am the LAST person to be doing that kind of work.... I am a salesman, not the best fixer-upper type fellow.

If you can ice a cake you can do fiberglass.

letting a woman fix the hole in the bottom of a boat doesn't sound like a great idea with this analogy.
