Chris McMillian, New Orleans mixologist retired?

Planning a trip to NO in June and would like to imbibe a few made by Mr. McMillian. I was reading some info about Bar Uncommon online and there was some talk that he has retired? I've never had a drink made by him, but by all accounts sounds like a pretty cool experience. Do any of you New Orleans posters know any more info?

Chris was a really nice guy and can make a hell of a Ramos Gin Fizz. I worked with him at the Ritz a few years back and learned a lot from him. My mother and father hit up bar uncommon every time they come to nola to get a mint julip from him. I have not heard anything about him retiring but it would not surprise me, he had kids at LSU I guess they graduated.

He hasnt retired but he has moved from behind the stick into a position with the Museum of the American Cocktail.
