Mo pressure on LeBron. Bosh sucks anyway, so it will just allow Bron Bron and Wade to score more

Just means more minutes for Lebron and Wade, and they will be going to rim more, much like yesterday's game.

They really need Haslem to get going now IMO.

winning w/o bosh will give the haters less ammo for sure, although this def. makes it more challenging...

Not saying Bosh sucks, but they don't change at all w/ him out. He's a good scorer but he's soft inside and that's what they need the most from him... one of their other bigs can give them 4 good fouls and 12 rebounds just as well as Bosh can.

Um, yeah they do. He was guarding Hibbert yesterday and Hibbert had to guard him, pulling Roy out away from the basket because Bosh can shoot.

This could get interesting.

The Boshoraptor being out likely means the Pacers can pressure Wade and LeBron all night to take contested shots, as I don't see them scoring a lot inside with Haslem, Curry, and others.

I think it will hurt more than many on here think. Bosh has a very good mid range jumper and that helps lebron and wade bc they have someone who can spot up when they penetrate and kick it out especially in the last few possessions of a game where nearly the entire defense is focused around lebron and wade

I see what you're saying, but bosh spreads the floor. He takes big men out of the post to guard him.
He also had 13pts when he went down. He was playing pretty well

yeah, that's true. I wonder if they could play Lebron in the post to compensate.... he definitely has the game to do it, and I don't think they'd miss him TOO much on the perimeter

I think the Heat can still win the East without him, but I don't think they could beat whichever team wins the West. Good chance Lebron and Wade get worn out too if they have to play 40+ minutes every game

Agree with all of this

@HT I think you will see Lebron in the post a little bit more, but I think they will just cut to the basket more often and try to pick up fouls to get A points B the Pacers bigs in foul trouble

Yeah I only had time to watch the first 15 minutes of the game yesterday, but just from the bit I saw I can tell this series will be decided on the play of the bigs.

Any combination of Spurs, Lakers, Celtics, or Pacers in the finals would be horrible. I don't know if I'd watch a single game

Everything the Heat want to do changes without Bosh. You don't realize how much of the offense Bosh initiates. All of the sets that involve Bosh's spacing and passing ability are lost. Think back to how lost the Heat looked against the Jazz and then Lakers without Bosh after the all-star break.

Yes LeBron can play the 4, but he was always going to play the 4 a lot. Bosh's biggest strength is his ability to play the 5. Now you're talking about having to play Anthony/Turiaf combination at the 5. That's a BIG drop off.

Heat can win East without Bosh, but no way they can win the title, unless the West teams have players drop as well. Finals don't start for a month though. That's a long time to heal.
