I say Raul Ibanez. No way you have your best season at 36 years old. He's 39 now and already has 7 home runs.

Dude has strong wrists and excellent hip rotation. He also keeps in great shape. And plays in the short porched Yankee Stadium.
Ibanez training
Not to mention he averages 23/94 over his career. He had multiple 20+ HR 100+ RBI during the steroid era. Chances are he would've been implicated if involved. But he was in KC/SEA, where to my knowledge, no one was accused of steroid use.
David Ortiz is someone I question. The type of dude who took roids and worked out but still ate like shite.
