I don't think you go in as a member of a particular team in the basketball Hall of Fame. Only baseball does that.

They did. Garnett really wanted to stay and loved Minnesota. Twolves front office and others ended up convincing him it was best for both parties involved for him to go to the Cs.
But he goes in as a Celtic because of the title.
