I hope he gets 200 Million dollars out of the university. The whole institution should go down hard with this scandal.

frick McQueary, but he is not the scapegoat in this case, like they made him out to be.

Interesting that this comes out the day after they(Pennsylvania prosecutors) realize that McQueary had the wrong year that incident took place.

The money is certainly a factor... I feel like he handled the "firing" well and then realized that he essentially blew the whistle on the program (read: Sandusky) and when the dust settled, realized it was in fact wrong.

Mike McQueary was never "fired" he was placed on administrative leave and still getting paid by PSU

The law suit may be spawned by his contract not being renewed with the football team and the school offering him a lesser position.

Administrative leave is essentially being fired... which is why I put it in quotes... Maybe I should have just said "administrative leave"...
