Looking for Alligator Ribs

My friend cooks in the World Championship BBQ Cook Off in Mempis. He is looking to buy the ribs of an alligator to cook for his exotic competition. Any place sell this? Or where he can buy a whole gator (dead, of course)?

Damn thats a good idea! Never had gator ribs, but it sounds like the perfect meal for the Florida game this year.

Boy that place has a selction, but it is very expensive.
