I might be headed to Hunters Run tomorrow to shoot some sporting clays.. Any OB'ers wanna meet me out there?

Thursday afternoons is the "fun shoot" at hunters run, a 50 round sporting clay course, dinner and. A $5 side bet for $27, lots of good guys out there

Just show up, they start about 4 and go till dark, sign in and let them know it is your first time and they will put you with someone. I usually go and would be happy to shoot with you but tomorrow does not look good, but planning on making it next week

Total cost is like 28 bucks and yes you need 2 boxes of shells (bring your own or buy there), ear and eye protection, and a smokepole. The 28 is only if you want to eat dinner there (-$7 if you dont) and be part of the lewis class side bet (- another $5 if you do not want to do that) They have a full bar in the clubhouse and dinner is hit or miss but usually simple and pretty good. The Lewis class side bet is hard to explain but even if you are not shooting good you can still win some money

Entry fee is $16 (pays for 50 targets).
Optional $5 if you want to enter the "Lewis Class" lottery for cash prizes.
Optional fee of $6-8 if you want to stay for dinner -- cooked evry Thursday evenig.
