Fortress, with Christopher Lambert. I liked the concept of the collars that explode your head if you try to escape.

I know most people haven't seen it but "The Escapist" with Brian Cox is amazing. It's like Shawshank on crank. Like SR, it has a twist ending that will drop your jaw.
