If any of you guys are looking for something to do tomorrow night, he is performing (and headlining) for free at Festival Internationale. For those of you heading down to jazz fest this weekend, I can't expect you to pass up the Boss's set, but try to catch some of Gary Clark Jr. before Bruce goes on. I'll be at both of his festival shows this weekend (unfortunately I didn't buy tickets in time to his HOB "parish room" show Saturday night as well).
He is easily one of the best live shows I've seen in a very long time. I first saw him live at ACLfest this past year, and I can't imagine passing up an opportunity to see him perform now.

I bought jazz fest tix just to see him on Sunday. I'll be at HOB tomorrow nite for Robert Randolph. I hear he puts on a great show as well.

One of the best around...first saw him couple years ago when my dad and I went to see Derek Trucks at HOB here in Houston. Gary opened, and after his set he came out and hung out in the audience. I looked to my left and he was standing next to me. Cool dude. That was the last concert my dad saw before he passed away from cancer...hell of a show to finish with

Im heading out to laffy tomorrow night to catch his set. Im excited to check him out. I wish i couldve made it there tonight to see robert randolph. That guys awesome.

Robert Randolph was incredible for Festival Internationale. Definitely exceded expectations.
Can't wait to see Gary Clark Jr. tonight.
