C - Oakafor/Ayon

Kaman won't be back, and they won't be able to move Oakafor.

PG - Jack/Vazquez

I see no reason that this duo can't produce at an above average like they did this year.

Gordon will be back as he is a RFA not UFA.

Both center's combined salary is over 26 millon. Hornets are not getting $26mil from center pos. Oakafor will come back since he has years left on contract. When does his contract end. Will Landry b back at about 8.5 mil is his salary. Will they try do save some money for the future since have 2 high draft choices.

Landry won't be back as Monty hinted a few weeks ago. Makes no sense to give $9 million to a back up forward. I'd look for the Hornets to draft a PF with one of their two first round picks - that will be your starting PF with Smith/Ayon as backups.

I think the players who return are: Jack, Vazquez, Gordon, Henry, Aminu, Smith, Ayon, Oakafor.

Oaks contract still has 2 more seasons I believe. And no way Landry comes back at that high a price. I'm thinking more around 3 years-6.5 million a year. Max.

Landry's value went way down after this year. He sounds like he really wants to stay here also so he may be more willing to take less.

A starting 5 of Jack, Gordon, Ariza, Landry/Smith, and Oak is damn good.

If we can land a new starter in the draft, wow. Definitely a top 5 seed next year. The West is getting weaker.

I would definitely bring Landry back at 3yr 15-18 mil if he is willing to take that. Nothing is wrong with having depth in the frontcourt. I would bring Kaman back also if possible.

I really want Kaman back but I just dont expect it to happen at all. Not enough money to go around. Plus we are probably drafting big.

I don't mean to be "that" guy but you're spelling okafor wrong. I've seen you do it a few times so I figured I'd let you know.

It depends on who we draft. It's likely we're gonna draft a PF at some point and if that happens then we wont resign Landry

No way to tell. This offseason will be fun.

Demps likes to make moves, Benson wants to spend money, we still can use our amnesty, Kaman's contract is up, 2 lottery picks.

No one can accurately guess what is going to happen.

Realistically, I think Okafor is our center for the next 2 seasons. I see us drafting Anthony Davis or Thomas Robinson as our starting PF, with Jason Smith and Ayon backing up the starting PF and Center.

If Landry comes back that means they didn't draft a PF. Not enough minutes for lotto PF,Smith, Ayon and Landry all together.
