....shot rank all time in the history of the Masters? Below or above Louis' albatross (only the 4th in the history of the Masters)? In the history of Majors? I would be willing to bet that only a few golfers could ever pull that shot off, especially given the circumstances. I would rank it fairly high, given the nature of the shot, when it was, and the fact that he hit a gap wedge over 160 yards. I put it with Phil's shot, probably higher.

It's one of the few great shots that happened to win the Tourney. A lot of the great shots over the years were with several holes to play.

It's a question that would be better to look back on in about 10 years. Right now it seems like the best shot in Masters history, but 10 years might change that.

In terms of difficulty, pressure, and obstacles I think it is probably the greatest. Tiger's chip in at 16 in 2005 was great too

It was a great shot but.....

waaaaaaay below this one. it was a fricking double eagle at Augusta. I would go so far as to say it wasn't even as good as tigers shot out of the trees years back, or even as good as tigers chip shot that holed in.

I thought Phil's chip on 15 the day before was a greater shot than Bubba's, but it was still a great shot esp. to win the tourney

It would've been better if he made the putt. He won because Louis bogeyed. It takes some luster off the shot when he can 2 putt to win.

I'm not sure its in the top 10. For those guys it wasn't that hard of a shot. He had a clean lie an opening and executed. He probably makes that shot 7-10 times.

Tiger on 16 even though he was winning and it wasn't 18 was the most ridiculously awesome thing in my lifetime at the Masters.

I think it is more impressive than Phil's shot a few years ago.

Oosty's Albatross was great but the fact that it was early in the round and he did not end up winning the tourney drags it down a few notches.

Bubba's is put over the top becuase it...
... was on the final playoff hole...
...came after a bad drive into the woods...
...Gap wedge for 160 yards...
...with a 50 foot hook...

Unreal.

Bubba's shot would have been better if Louie would have hit the green.

Too many to pick, but I loved Phil's shot out of the trees in 2010. If i remember correctly, Bones tried to get him to lay up and Phil went anyway. Sucked he missed the Eagle putt, but still an amazing shot
