Get Stringer, Courtney, and Johnny O on the case.

Yes, he left a program where a coach was fired and he is ready to transfer to a program where a coach was fired, and has yet to be replaced.
For real, though, among the more than 300 transfers in college basketball this year, Hood is probably No.1. He will be able to go anywhere. I'm going to say Georgetown, but wouldn't be surprised if Kentucky, Kansas, etc., got involved. That dude is a complete stud.

Yes, Florida State and Louisville are both heavily involved.

Alex Oriakhi says HI.

That's a matter of opinion, obviously. Oriakhi is eligible immediately, but only has one year left. Hood has to sit out, but has 3 years left.
Hood had better stats as a freshman than Oriakhi had as a junior.
Jeff Goodman of CBS, who compiles the transfer list, said he believes Hood is the top transfer.

This is a strong year for transfers. I think Hood is the best, but Zeigler, Oriakhi, and Anthony Gill are all legit.
