I believe in some form or fashion that the Daddy Dale regime should be allowed to redeem their reputation. If not by hiring JJ, why not consult Daddy Dale in the hiring of the new coach? Above all, we cannot whiff this hire. We have got to hit the homerun.

So, let me get this straight. You want a guy who last coached 15 years ago and is partially responsible for the downward spiral this program has taken to have input on where we go in the future? Yea, that sounds like a great idea!!!!!
Do yall actually think about things before posting?

Wow, there's so many misconception in these posts about Dale Brown and Johnny Jones. 1) Lester Earl admitted that he lied about Brown and Jones ever giving him cash but was pressured by the NCAA to lie. Google it, it takes 5 seconds. 2) Johnny Jones was cleared of all wrong doing. 3) Dale Brown was the person who built the program, not the person who crashed it. That responsibility belongs to Lester Earl.

Agreed. Plus, no one has blamed him yet for our ineptness in basketball. I say Jefferson as head coach with Collis Temple as lead assistant to give guidance.
