I predict that these predictions will have margin of error of +/- 15 named storms, +/- 10 hurricanes, +/- 5 major hurricanes.

I'm reading a book (fiction) right now about a couple whose home was leveled by a tornado that came with a hurricane that had lost its punch and was downgraded to a tropical storm and STILL it managed to level the town they lived in.

you never know. it doesnt even take one, just a tornado in YOUR space.

I once drove away from Lake Charles upon the news of a hurricane coming to SW La. As I drove thru Winnfield, a tornado caught my eye, and I floored it in the 25 mph zone.
Missed me!!

You never know.

Hurricane predictors in general are the worst. Bunch of over-paid idiots getting money from the goverment for pulling numbers out of their buh-hinds.

I still think all changes in the weather are caused by man made global warning.
